About Us

My name is Natalia, the owner behind Heal and Thrive Therapeutic Massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Registered Nurse, and a strong believer in the healing power of touch. After spending 20+ years in the world of Healthcare as an RN, I have shifted my entire life in order to follow my life-long dream of becoming a Healer! Although I appreciated my nursing career and was rewarded with amazing experiences and people, in my heart I strongly felt a call for expanding myself to the new level of professional growth. Following that call, I graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Haskell, NJ, and a year later opened my own practice.
