I have been in massage since 2015 after a
successful career in management. As a long time sufferer of headaches and
migraines. I wanted to help others in there situation out of the cycle of chronic
pain.

I specialize in Body Wrap, deep tissue massage, Swedish, myofascial release and I bring a passion for massage cupping to my
practice. Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a
therapist puts special cups on the client's skin to create suction. Cupping is
a great alternative to deep tissue massage and helps alleviate chronic pain,
inflammation, increase blood flow, relaxation and wellbeing. Many of you may
remember it being made famous during the 2016 Summer Olympics.
I also work with those injured in motor vehicle accident and injured from a work injury.
