Helping people achieve wellness has been my mission for decades. I am a Registered Nurse as well as Licenced Massage Therapist. My experience includes critical care, oncology and the operating room. Massage has provided me an outlet in which to move from the structured clinical model to a nurturing inviting environment where the focus is on the individual. All work and no play does not really work for anyone so when not performing bodywork you may find me in the garden and/or in the kitchen, transforming raw ingredients into food for the soul. My massage focus is therapeutic in nature. I strive to break up and release dense tissue, adhesions and fibrinogen that the body has laid down in protection of self. Some of my specialties are: Deep tissue, Pregnancy, Esalen, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Ayurvedic and Cranial-Sacral massages. I also employ high quality essential oils in a judicial manner when needed.
