Therapeutic Massage

A customized & integrative massage based on the client's needs will incorporate a variety of massage techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, trigger point therapy, NMT (neuromuscular therapy), PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), sports massage, acupressure, myofascial release and stretching. Service sessions includes aromatherapy, healing frequency sound baths, when applicable Cupping/Scraping/CBD and/or single point Lymphatic massage at no additional fee.

Also called Pre Natal, this modality is a full body massage, done mostly while side lying. It is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother to be. It enhances function of the muscles and joints. Improves circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Lymphatic drainage massages (LDM) are paramount to your recovery process and maximizing cosmetic results after liposuction, tummy tuck or BBL. Nakia Nakole Morrison, LMT and owner of The Good Body, LLC is a mother of 3 and a dog mom! I'm an intuitive healer, a dedicated student of life and one who loves to connect with people in hopes of making a positive difference. I graduated from the SCHEV certified Lotus Professional College in Richmond, VA after completing 600 hours of massage therapy instruction and hands on bodywork.
