Gretchen's goal is to bring awareness within, providing everyone with a sanctuary of peace in mind, body, and spirit. Gretchen believes the true path to happiness is to find it within yourself by cultivating a loving relationship with our body and mind. She is constantly taking new clients, and teaches evening meditation classes as well as vinyasa flows.

At the age of 18 Gretchen Abbott taught chair yoga at the Sullivan house! She taught with no charge to help provide a safe haven and a growing community for mindful movement!
