  I absolutely love being a massage therapist and feel I am truly living my life's purpose. I am passionate about the healing power of massage and believe the body has everything it needs to be able to heal itself.

 Through my hands and my heart,  I help to identify areas that are in need of attention.   I specialize in combining  a wide variety of modalities within each session to effectively treat a specific injury you may have or to help prevent one.  My main goal is to get the entire body working more efficiently, keeping you balanced and able to do whatever it is you love to do.  

 Together, we will keep your body in the most healthy and pain free state so you are free to enjoy this wonderful thing called life!

Colleen was fantastic! She explained exactly why she was doing certain moves. Made suggestions on how I could help myself after the massage. She asked many questions to make sure she was doing exactly what was needed. After MANY massages and different therapists she is in one of the top 3 I have ever been to.
