Prior to Bravo I have tried other Sports massage therapist and I will be honest I wasn’t much of a massage type of person whatsoever. I had prior bad experiences especially since I injured my back in resulting of herniated discs with major sciatic pain. People recommended Bravo and at this point I had nothing to lose. Since then Bravo has truly made major improvements on my back and has been 100% proffessional. Aside from that he never holds back in providing additional tips that help from home. Now that I am pregnant he has also helped me with PRE-NATAL massages every other week making my pregnanch 10x more comfortable and painless. I will always continue to highly recommend bravo for his professionalism, knowledge in his dept, overall one of the most humble people I know.

Alvaro is very professional and friendly. He focused on massaging the necessary muscle groups that I had problems with other than just massaging. I addressed to him that I had some shoulder issues when training and I would feel discomfort. So mainly worked on releasing the tension and back in the gym today did shoulders and I didn't feel any pain I was able to really work through my workouts with out anything holding me back. !!!!!
