    Good / convenient location, great value / pricing. The last three experiences have not been good. The masseuse was late for one appointment and a no show twice in a row. I arrived at the shop, waited, and received a text message that he had over-slept. I changed the appointment times after the first no show hoping to avoid this situation. Very disappointing. Prior to this, the service was fine... minus a few minor issues.

  • My scheduled appointment was on one day. I waited outside the establishment for 15 minutes before calling the number to inquire as to the hold up. I got an email hours later, explaining the situation. I was offered an apology and a free massage On my next visit. I came the next day. The room was cold and the masseusse''s hands were even colder. II would have loved to have been offered warm towels or to warm the oils used. All of that could have been forgiven until I looked in the mirror the day after mirning. During the massage, I winced and moved my arm. The next day I noticed that I had a bruise on my right arm where I had been pinched. Not a good experience for me.

    Professional from start to finish. Left feeling refreshed and renewed.

When service was provided, it was fine... good technique and effective. Nice guy, polite and otherwise professional. I would suggest a slightly warmer service room, warm towels for after the massage and lower music volume.

I get a massage from Ricky every 3 weeks. He is so professional and just seems to know the areas that bother me the most. I have Chronic Pain and have to get massages. I have tried other places and once I tried Ricky I never left. It is hard to find someone you that you are completely comfortable with, but with Ricky I feel he knows my health problems and we work on them together. Thank you Ricky
