Bodywork is deep in my roots. I am grateful to say I have been exposed to the power of healing touch my entire life. My grandmother has practiced massage therapy since I was a baby and taught be how to help heal the body and mind through massage. While studying at The Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, I gained a lot of knowledge on postural alignment, injury therapy, and other modalities such as sports massage and Swedish relaxation massage. I also traveled to Thailand and Laos to study the art of Thai yoga massage. I bring together compassion and knowledge to rejuvenate and bring balance and comfort in the body.

Tory Reineke, LMT, has been living the the vail valley for 4 years and practicing massage for the last two years after attending Higher Elevation Healing Arts school in Eagle. She has been looking for her calling to help others since growing up in Colorado and receiving a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary studies for Liberal Arts to be a teacher at University of N. Colorado. After school, she traveled to teach and study abroad in Costa Rica and Thailand. Always in the back of her mind was to become a massage therapist and when she moved to the mountains it seemed like the perfect time to pursue! She loves living and playing in the mountains and the healing power of the outdoors, whether snowboarding, hiking, camping, biking and trail running with her dog. Hi ! I have always been intrigued by the human body, fitness and rehabilitative care and that led me to pursue my Physical Therapy degree back in Romania, graduating in 2012. At the time, I would have not imagined that 5 years later I'd find myself in Colorado where I began to study and fully immerse myself into the art practice of Massage Therapy.
I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts' 700 Hour CMT Program in 2017. During my training, I gained valuable experience in Sports, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Swedish massage. I've been since able to provide therapeutic touch and bodywork with a unique, individualized approach for each one of my clients. I strive to deepen my knowledge and to keep growing as a multi skilled professional who is able to create a caring, nurturing environment where people can heal and recover with ease. I have spent thousands of hours training in and practicing the healing arts, and I strive to incorporate all I've learned (and what I continue to learn!) in every session and class. I have worked on 12,000 people over the past 12 years. I teach massage, yoga, and meditation.

I first developed an interest in healing and helping others as a child growing up in West Africa, where my parents do nonprofit and mission work. I had a great 90min deep tissue massage with Lydia. She was all around fantastic! She worked some stretching into my treatment and suggested some exercises that I can do to provide myself with some relief. My wife and I were both very impressed with our treatments and we will definitely be back!
