We believe the body wants to be balanced and it is our goal to implement blood flow where it is stagnant. Each session is customized to assist each client to increase range the of motion in their body and hopefully assist in alleviating pain. Too often we get so busy taking care of others that we neglect ourselves. "There is no us without you, so you must take care of you." This is a great first step in your self care journey.

What to expect: Here at Soaring Phoenix Energy and Bodywork your comfort and care is key. The massage table is heated to your comfort in addition to a memory foam topper. Using wooden handheld tools that may help to contour the body by breaking down fat, promoting blood circulation, and smoothing the skin. Also including body lymphatic cupping with flow guided towards heavy lymphatic areas. Each session is concluded with light cupping massage for the face and optional head massage.

My name is Ashley, and I’m the creator of Soaring Phoenix Energy and bodywork. I’m a therapeutic therapist with a foundation in energy work. I can gage your session depending on your goals and pressure preferences. I believe if you work through the tension in the body keeping the pressure within the client’s threshold and tolerance level amazing results can happen. Having open communication with clients about preference and therapeutic goals is key. Just remember to breathe and know that you are in caring hands.
