Best massage ever

I scheduled a 30 minute deep tissue massage due to some pain I was having. Anna was able to identify the source and expertly focused on the problem area, helping me feel a lot better. 10/10!

Anna gives a relaxing overall massage while finding and working out any knots or trouble spots.

I am so sore today, the next day following my massage. I feel bruised all over. They used like a deep tissue massage type pressure and it was not enjoyable. I had a gift card for a 60min massage and asked them via email prior to my appointment if I could use that and pay the difference since I had a 90min massage. They never responded. At check out, she honored it and charged our card, but then made us wait so she could verify it with her boss that it was OK. They did honor it, but she waited until day of apt and also after we already checked out. We made a tip that we wanted to give for our experience, but then she proceeded to take the machine and try to change the tip herself to a higher amount. We took the machine back and changed it but she talked us into a higher amount then we were wanting. Just super uncomfortable and unprofessional. They were also talking in a different language after that incident which added to the uncomfortablness.
