Very good masssge hit a lot of problem spots. Very nice. The only thing that turned me off was she demanded a tip. Tips are at discretion and not demand. The massage is priced higher than most places so i assumed that included a tip. She asked for proof of receipt that included a tip. That was a big turn off to me. Very skilled masseuse but not a good impression. Not sure I will be back.

The room was too light. The music came from a boom box. The bed was not heated. No candles. No nice aroma in the room. Sheets were torn and in poor condition. No heated bed. No fluids were offered afterwards. No instruction on how to care for myself afterwards.

When I walked in someone was blow drying her hair. I said I had an appointment with Cindy, both the man and the woman look like they didn't know that Cindy had an appointment. Instead the male did my massage, after I said it didn't matter who did the massage. The woman shouted at Google to play spa music in the room they ushered me into.
The room was Cold, sheets on bed were very damp. Masseuse did do a good job on my hips and back but when I asked if he would do my feet, he acted as if that was not part of massage and it was an inconvenience. He did however end up giving me a very short foot rub.

Would have liked to have been greeted by a friendly welcome, with soft music and a therapeutic-type, atmosphere in the reception area instead of walking in and hearing the news. Feels more like a business (which it is!) as opposed to a place of escape and relaxation! Space is not "cozy-feeling." If you're looking for an overall, spa-like feeling, this is not the place. If you're looking for a wonderful massage, this IS the place. I've been here twice and will go back.

I've been here twice the quality of the massages have always been superb. However, both times I waited in the lobby for a while before anyone greeted me. The first time my therapist was late and another therapist had to start the session. The room for the massage was low-lit with calming music playing which was nice but you could also hear a ticking clock and conversations in other rooms which was a bit distracting. I will go back even given these small things because, as I said, the actual massage was amazing.

Summer did an excellent job on the massage. There were a few things that I didn’t like though. The two biggest things is the interruptions during my massage. Once she answered a phone I’m the middle of massage and a little later on another employee came in and interrupted my massage. The other lesser thing was the room. It was behind a smoked glass wall with curtains covering the bottom section but the top did not have curtains and so the room was rather bright. Aside from these 3 things the massage was very good.

I’ve always had great massages with Summer and was really looking forward to having another one with her. However when I arrived I was informed Summer was busy and another lady would be massaging me. Although she was friendly I didn’t not receive the pain relief massage I signed up for more of a relaxing massage. Also it was WEIRD for the first time ever my masseuse massaged my bare butt and then left it exposed through the entire massage. No thank you!! I decided I wouldn’t be leaving a tip based on my experience however when leaving I was questioned about the tip so I gave it and got the hell outta there. I love Summer’s massages but since I’m not guaranteed to get her and my experience was so weird this time I will not be back.

Only thing I did not like was the 60 minutes came too quickly, massage was so relaxing that it seemed like the time was up too soon, CiCi was very professional and found the right muscles
It helped my chronic neck pain, lower back pain and helped my leg pain from poor circulation.
