Licensed since 2008, massage therapist and owner of Mosaic Massage Studio, Jamie Fetz brings focus, empathy, and highly-trained skill to each massage. She balances a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point & Myofascial Release, and stretching, to provide an expertly curated experience for each client. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits and relaxation of a hot stone massage. Smooth stones are heated to the optimal temperature and used to deliver a seamless massage. Please note: for their health and safety, prenatal clients and clients experiencing uncontrolled diabetes, neuropathy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, impaired circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, active cancer, or widespread skin conditions may not schedule hot stone massage.

With the proper precautions in place, the relief & relaxation massage provides, can help support you throughout your pregnancy. A doctor's written permission is required to receive a pre- & postnatal massage. Specific contraindications for pre- & postnatal massage include: history of preterm labor, preeclampsia, eclampsia, deep vein thrombosis, pregnancy hypertension, high blood pressure, swelling, and sudden headaches. Prenatal massage is not recommended during the first trimester.

As a licensed massage therapist since 2008, I bring highly trained skill, meaningful experience, and focus to each massage. A graduate with honors from the American Institute of Alternative medicine, with an earned Bachelor's degree from Otterbein University, it is the passion to help people that motivates me to further challenge myself and learn from each client and continue my professional education.
