Owned and operated by Teresa Reynolds. Teresa is a certified licensed sports massage therapist. She has been practicing massage therapy here in the Tulsa metro area for 7 years. Holding certifications ranging in Sports therapy, Cupping, Bio-energy, Humanics, Bodywork, and not to mention her expansive knowledge in Anatomy and Kinesiology qualifies Teresa to work with all types of athletes ranging from intermediate to the pros. Finds your bad spots, very knowledgeable. Deep tissue hurts but she does not just keep at, gives breaks and works on something else but will make sure there is improvement in your worst areas

Excellent service overall; I have been a client of Teresa's for many years. At VST, she offers a number of distinctive services including a monthly membership program and a VIP upgrade card. I am pleased to be member and bought and use the card, since I combine frequent massages with Theresa following my Pure Barre classes, as two key ways to improve my overall health and wellbeing.

This woman works wonders! I was in awful pain from twisting my back, I could not even stand up straight and had pain randomly shooting down my leg. Teresa got me in and worked out the source of pain. I felt so much better once she was done I could stand up move and walk without hurting. Thank you so much Teresa you always do such a amazing job!!!!

She listened to all my concerns and addressed them according in a calm professional demeanor.
