About Us
I began learning about the healing power of massage almost thirty years ago when my mother became a massage therapist. After twenty years of teaching Special Education I decided to become a massage therapist myself and I have been learning and practicing for over five years. I am Nationally Board Certified and have been trained in many types of massage and body work. I use the variety of skills I have learned to create an individualized massage for each person I see. I believe that massage is an essential part of self care and look forward to working with you to make your life healthier and more enjoyable.

Getting a massage from Tania is like having an eight course feast at the finest old world castle! She gives each muscle group her magic touch and with her variety of approaches in a single hour session, it's a sensorial ball. Her energy and the energy of the space are so balanced and authentic, it's impossible not to float off on a relaxation cloud right away. The results are lasting, too. A day or two later almost all the tension and stiffness I had been experiencing were gone.

My partner got me a Swedish massage as a gift- I honestly had no idea how much I needed it until afterward, when I got up off the table and my previously sore back, tight neck, and troublesome, clicky shoulders felt like brand new. Tania is fantastic. She's friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about the workings of the skeletal-muscular system, and skilled at therapeutic massage. The atmosphere in the studio is very soothing and restful too. I'm very grateful for the experience (and so is my back!).

I've never been one for massages, but due to a recent injury and in large part my age, I needed some help. Tania is an awesome massage therapist and very professional. As our interactions with health care professionals become increasingly restricted by mandates imposed by our healthcare providers, it's becoming more rare to have someone who actually listens to their patients in order to better diagnose and treat them. I highly recommend Therapeutic Massage Solutions.
