I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2014. I specialize in relaxation, therapeutic and Geriactric.* For therapeutic, I use a variation of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and muscle stripping as my preferred techniques. *Geriatric massage is a light to medium touch that works wonders for stress, depression, circulation, and mobility. As I told Nesha, I had the best massage ever. It was very clear she is an expert and very quickly could identify where I was sore and really leaned in to those areas. She also suggested cupping for a large bruise on my leg and it was very helpful. I already scheduled my next massage and look forward to another session next month. Highly recommend her services.

Light soothing music playing, heated massage table, and pleasant aroma therapy with essential oils of your choice (or not if you don't care for smells).
