Athletic and Clinical Massage & Spa, is located in Wyoming Wellness Center. 601 Niobrara Ave Torrington Wyoming. My focus is creating achievable mobility and pain free goals for all clients, by applying various massage techniques to accomplish those goals. My scheduling is on a rotating schedule so it's different days each week please go into Booking to see availability.

She made it relaxing and she made you feel comfortable. It was good and she told me where I need to work on where my muscles in my shoulders and hips were tight, which I found very helpful. She also showed me an abduction and adduction exercise that I could do at home for it as well. Overall, she did a great job!

The room is very large and too much light coming in. The camera, although informed not being taped made me uncomfortable really shouldn't be in there. I also wasn't sure if Morgan is an LMT or if she is still in training and so cost shouldn't be the same as a LMT if she is still a student. Also I didn't get to pick my therapist you have good ratings and I selected you but was surprised to find out I was scheduled with Morgan who I knew nothing about.

I'm sorry for your poor experience. Morgan is a Certified massage therapist and deserves to make full price of a session. She is learning some new modalities maybe that's where the confusion Is coming from? When you book online you have the choice of picking your therapist, Morgan was the only option at that time. The camera in the massage room has been disabled, it is also turned around to face the wall.

Shaina is a professional therapist. She gets deep and relaxes your muscles. I consistently have a sore lower back and stress between my shoulder blades and back. Also my calves get tight. Immediately after she does the massage, I walk out pain free and feel 20 years younger. I continue to be able to walk better, sit with a better posture and go up and down stairs using both feet versus going up or down one step at a time leading with the same leg. This seems to last about a month then I go see her again. I played hockey growing up so my ankles, knees, calves and lower back were abused for years. Now I have more weight and a stressful job. Shaina definitely makes my life better. She is a professional.
