Calm Earth Organic Spa is an organic massage and spa provider owned by Sarah Kroll, LMT, and operated within Willow Holistic Arts. Calm Earth Organic Spa was created to offer socially-responsible massage and spa services while providing you with a superior therapeutic experience. Therapists are highly skilled and products used during treatments are not only organic, but also free of parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances & dyes, and other harmful toxins. Linens for treatments are organic cotton and laundered with "free & clear" detergents.

Sarah Kroll graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After a 10-year career as a social worker, Sarah graduated with valedictorian honors from New York Institute of Massage in January 2015. She opened Calm Earth Organic Spa in 2018 to offer socially-conscious massage and spa services. In 2021, Sarah partnered with another massage therapy business owner to open Willow Holistic Arts, the wellness center in which Calm Earth Organic Spa is located.
Sarah has been interested in holistic and alternative medicine since a young age. Growing up next door to a massage therapist and coming from a family consisting of nurses, social workers, yogis, and even a Reiki Master, made a career in helping people feel better a natural choice. First-hand experience with anxiety, chronic pain and motherhood has also given Sarah a unique ability to empathize with clients who present with a variety of physical and emotional conditions. She strives to create a nurturing, healing space for everyone she has the privilege to treat.
Sarah is well-versed in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Massage Techniques, Cupping Techniques and Heat Therapy to address dysfunction. She specializes in neck, shoulder and low-back pain, as well as prenatal massage.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys being a mama to two small children, learning new things, yoga, getting as many massages as possible and a good Netflix binge.

Hannah had just the right touch for a great therapeutic massage. I asked her to concentrate on my lower back (I have chronic back pain), which she did, but she really did a great job on my neck and shoulders, which I didn't realize were so tight and "knotted," even more so than my lower back. I plan on having more therapeutic massages with Hannah because she's awesome!

Sara rubbed rather than massaged and used her arms rather than only her hands. Our conversation was annoying to me as we had totally different values. Therefore, instead of feeling relaxed, I was tense. I prefer to be quiet and just enjoy the massage. The table was very high snd difficult for me to get on and off of. I will not be returning.

I am quite shocked. You said your session was “wonderful” and provided a tip. Our conversation was very much back and forth - I didn’t pick up on any cues that you didn’t wish to speak. It’s also very common to use forearms to ensure good body mechanics - to only use our hands would result in injuries. I’m sorry you weren’t able to relax, I do appreciate your feedback and will be more mindful of what my clients might not be expressing regarding their needs.

The building itself threw us for a loop because it’s bland and the parking lot was empty too. You couldn’t even see the sign for the place until you walked into the office. But once you get in the room it is very professional, clean, relaxing and just what we were looking for.
