I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years!! I have extensive training in Myofascial Release technique and now in Ashiatsu (barefoot massage). For those who don't know what that is, it is a very deep massage technique performed with my feet. I am able to Ashiatsu while doing some Myofascial Release techniques, so not only is it deeper pressure but extremely therapeutic.

Massage Therapy
Helping athletes of ALL ages for preventative work and sports related injuries. I myself am an avid runner, gym and health enthusiast, so I understand many of the aches and pains that my clients come in with!
Have studied Myofascial release under John F. Barnes since 2007. John is the leading author & guru on the Mysofascial Release technique. Myofascial Release I, Cervical Thoracic, Myofascial Rebounding, Fascial-Pelvis, Myofascial Release II, Myofascial Healing, Myofascial Unwinding. Starting off gently and working to deeper pressure with longer, more slow strokes and still points. Our bodies have a thin layer of fascia that covers everything from head to toe. It can hold up to 2000 lbs per square inch of pressure! This technique can be applied anywhere on the body. This is hands down (no pun intended) the most requested type of massage therapy I do. I have had too many success stories using this technique on people of all shapes, sizes & ages.
"Ashi' means foot, "atsu" means pressure. Being certified in Ashiatsu Therapy allows me use an extremely different yet somewhat familiar approach! In this therapy I use my feet while holding onto bars overhead. This allows me to give a deeper than normal massage by shifting my body weight over different areas of the body. I still use my training in myofascial release technique but in this modality, I use my feet instead of hands. It is deep, luxurious and extremely therapeutic massage!
Massage for people with Temporal-mandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD). This technique is focused on the head, neck and jaw. Working both outside & inside the mouth to get every angle of this pesky problem to get maximum results.
