Since the age of 16, Deirdre was self taught in herbal medicine which initially started from a passion for gardening; a gift her father passed on to her. Later she went on to study naturopathic medicine and nutrition, which was interrupted by a corporate lay off, only to lead her into the massage industry...and the rest is as they say, history.

Deirdre always has your best interest in mind. She asks good questions to key into the source of your underlying pain. She definitely knows what she's doing, and explains things as she knows if you care to understand what's happening in your body. It's clear she loves what she does, and that is shown in the work she does.
