I am Mindy McHale. I went to Ashmead College in Vancouver, WA. I graduated in 2002 and became a licensed massage therapist in 2003. I became a massage therapist to help people like yourself feel better, move better, give you time in your day to relax and help you find a renewed sense of well-being.

Mindy is hands down the best! I have been to several massage therapists when i have been unable to get in to see her and they don’t compare. She is knowledgeable and skilled at helping you alleviate pain. She is also fantastic at relaxing massages when you just need to wind down. The ambiance of the massage room is cozy, inviting and there is an adjoining bathroom for ease of use. She has careful COVID precautions in place. I get massages at least twice a month for chronic pain and over the years I have had massages from a lot of different practitioners. Mindy is an excellent massage therapist! I was experiencing a fibromyalgia flare and Mindy really soothed my nervous system. She used gentle stretching, hot stones, and heat which really relaxed my body. Mindy uses hot rocks as part of the massage. Wonderful! Worked so well with my muscles and relaxed all those sore areas. Bathroom connected to massage room was very convenient.

She was amazing at the deep tissue! I have had a shoulder full of knots and couldn't hardly lift my arm. When I walked out I could lift it, it's still sore but she gave me some stretches to do to help.
As far as all the covid stuff... she was very well prepared for that. Everything was clean and sanitized and she explained everything. She has a beautiful room that is very relaxing. I highly recommend her!!
