The nervous system allows you to move and feel movement. Nerve engagement or lack thereof affects your muscles' ability to do particular movements. Muscles give a range of movement and direction, but nerves give you the ability to make that movement happen. Nerves and muscles work together to create stability. The better the stability the more endurance you'll have!

Pain is ignited when somewhere along the muscle stabilizing chain has been interrupted, creating movement and balance deficiency.  I use a series of therapeutic techniques to improve your stability by changing sensitivity levels and use of muscle groups, giving you more movement. This allows for better muscular strength, tools to change your shape, and decompress joints, energy level and flexibility changes. You'll have to try it to believe it!

Very pracise location of slow, very deep, and extreme pressure to get the most stubbern injuries to reveil themselves. Starting in the areas that lack feeling. This is great because you can't feel how much pressure is being aplied. Later feeling returns to the area and begins to work and function changing how you feel along the way.

Using Cups placed in the most tender locations to relax the tissue and make space for insustential fluieds and hystamins to help with circulation in the body. The cups can and will pull things out of the skin that cause blockage in the tissue.
