I offer multiple services helping clients to correct posture, relax and relieve stress, fix and prevent injuries or just for increased fitness and flexibility. Stop in for a session or Stay in, I come to you, providing you with massage, exercise and stretching services right in the comfort of your own home, office or hotel room. Additionally I set up in gyms, senior centers, businesses, and offer outdoor chair massage for events or in the park training for you, your family and friends. If you prefer a female therapist or a treatment I dont provide I also have partners I can refer you to. We want to help clients achieve, and exceed their wellness goals.

Chris is an amazingly skilled massage therapist. I have enjoyed my messages so much, and I plan to continue going in to him. As a competitive athlete, my body takes a lot of damage. But I feel relaxed and healthy after a good massage from Chris. Not only does he do massage work, but he also does stretching. Overall, I have had great experiences and will definitely be returning.
