Krysta graduated Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2014.  It was there she fell in love with the restorative power of Massage Therapy.  She is trained in deep tissue, sports Therapy, acupressure, and hot stone therapy.  Krysta loves the depth and breadth of treatment options because it gives her so much to explore and learn.  She is currently continuing her education so she can deliver better care to her clients.  Krysta believes that physical and spiritual well-being are the foundation for reaching your personal potential.  Her goal is to make you feel relaxed, centered, and calm so you can savor life's joys and tackle life's challenges with gusto!
