In 2010, Airmid opened its doors, to help those feel better and do more of what they love to do.
The most popular massages are Therapeutic and Deep Tissue/sports. Clients look to improve movement and be more productive while reduce stress. I have worked with athletes in football, swimming, hockey, hunting, bodybuilding, roller derby and golf. Helping them alleviate impingements and get the back to their sport.
I have worked with women who wanted to start they family, prepare and balance the body for conception through Fertility Massage. Followed by Prenatal Massage to keep them relaxed, and alleviate pain that carrying a baby can cause.

Antoinette takes the time to discuss my muscle and pain issues. She pinpoints the area of issue and related areas and helps alleviate my pain. She can do a very strong deep tissue when needed, but will alternate to a very gentle, soothing massage for a relaxing experience. She also teaches me stretches/exercises I can do on my own to promote better muscle health. Her office is quiet and relaxing, and her massage bed is very comfortable with optional heat. I highly recommend Antoinette for your health needs.

Massage was AMAZING and today I feel much better. Even sitting at my computer, I can tell a big difference in the tension in my shoulders. I would highly recommend and I'll be scheduling a visit with Antoinette at least once a month moving forward.
