I work with hands of intuition, with a nurturing comfort, while still providing therapeutic techniques to give you body the care that it needs. I have a passion to promote healing both physically and emotionally for my clients through body and energy work. I will use a combination of nurturing touch, and a mixture of Swedish, cranial, deep tissue, myofascial, shiatsu, and trigger point acupressure to relieve muscle tension and stress carrying fatigue. I also like integrating and utilizing Reiki energy techniques into my practice to promote balance and peace within.
