Our massages include hot towels, stretching, aromatherapy, and cupping (optional).

My first session with this therapist provided me with the results that I needed. The atmosphere was quiet but not isolated. Elena showed good measures to incorporate the best results such as utilizing a warm pack to loosen cold muscles in my top troublesome areas prior to applying the massage lotion. My body is sensitive to heavy pressure and I prefer a medium amount, she explains what is needed and why. There has not been any soreness since my appointment. In fact I have felt great. This is Elena's passion and the benefits show. I believe it's her calling because she is one of the very best. Also, I have added a monthly appointment to my schedule. Investment in your health - it pays dividends!

If you need a true massage, this is the place. I made the decision to have a massage with cupping as I knew I had tons of knots in my upper back area. Elena was amazing. I was captivated by the rave reviews about Elena. I’ve seen some of the best bodyworkers there are, and I can honestly say that Elena takes the cake. To start, her room is a tranquil alcove with minimal lighting, ambient music—not to forget, yummy Ashiatsu bars on the ceiling. Over the course of our three sessions, Elena mushed me with her hands and feet, stretched me, and nurtured me. I noticed a difference in my energy, after the first session, and had much more mobility when I later exercised. I felt lighter on my feet, so much less sore, spry. Elena really is an outlier, adept at working through tight spots, alleviating throbbing old injuries, and did I mention that, she gives the yummiest Ashiatsu!

Elena is absolutely amazing! I am a very physically active person between my line of work and my exercise programs (CrossFit and running) so I was seeking a therapist that is used to dealing with athletes and those with active lifestyles. Elena is a very skilled professional that made my body feel new again! I also had cupping done by her and it helped tremendously with areas of tension on my back.
