Didn't dislike ANYTHING! Pichai is fantastic, attentive to individual needs, responding to any physiological changes since the last session, and so kind, courteous and friendly. The only reason AMBIANCE doesn't get 5 stars is because it's in our house rather than a studio, so we are not always able to get rid of light and sound bleed from the outside. I was suffering a stiff neck that stemmed from no apparent incident. I have only has massage therapy for relaxation, so I didn't know what to expect. Pichai discussed my situation and the approach he would use. I went from a relaxation program and progressed to a focused program that directly focused on my affected upper neck (adjacent to the skull). If I experienced any discomfort, Pichai altered his approach and addressed the tender area otherwise and effectively. It was an outstanding experience and, after following his post-treatment recommendations (ice, stretching, etc.), I have had a better "day after". Thank you.

This was my first massage, I had the deep tissue and sleep therapy. I am extremely satisfied with Pichai, even though this was my first massage I know I will keep coming back to him. I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in not only with him but the place is outstanding, everything else is forgotten about in that room. I scheduled a massage with Pichai because I had severe sub-scapular pain. The massage from Pichai radically reduced the amount of pain I was in and was overall an extremely relaxing and pleasant experience. It was great to find a massage therapist who actually knew how to deal with the muscle spasms and extreme discomfort I was experiencing. This massage was truly worth stopping my day for, unlike my experience at Massage *nvy where although it was relaxing didn't provide enough real relief to make it worth my time. I'm glad I've finally found someone who could give me a massage where the the amount I felt better after receiving the massage far outweighed the increase of stress one experiences from having 90 minutes less that day.
