My education as a bodyworker began over 20yrs ago studying Chinese Acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbology and Naturopathic/Holistic Healing methods under my mom, Kathleen Pui Lung Wong.

I loved helping people have work they love! After graduating from the Core 900 and Advanced 450 programs, I assisting instructors of the Core 900 and the Advanced 450 NMT programs in preparing the room for class; working with, guiding and supporting students in their CORE and ANMT education via in-class support, one-on-one tutoring, and hosting open labs. By fostering hands-on tutoring and lab sessions students gained confidence and raised their test scores.
Professional Athlete Experience
I've worked with NHL, NFL, NBA, and MLB players, the Santa Cruz Triathalon Association, the Ballet San Jose, and Ironman athletes providing customized sessions based on the individual athlete's needs, increasing range of motion and driving performance.
Fitness
Military Experience
After high school, I served in the Army for 8 years. I became a Common Skills & Tasks Instructor, specializing in Land Navigation, and taught Remedial PT, leading hundreds of Physical Fitness training sessions. I also developed a Pre-Basic Training program, for new recruits, that's now called Future Soldiers and is used country-wide!
