I've had a number of massages at various places. Some have been great, others good, a couple less than good. Katherine ranked in the great category. She started on time and ended a complete hour later (some places finish early so you can get dressed, which I never felt was fair). In addition, she concentrated on the areas I needed help with and gave a therapeutic firm massage, just what I wanted. Her demeanor was professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!
