The atmosphere was so calming and the house itself is beautiful. Everything was so clean and I was kept warm the entire time. From entry to exit I was exposed to calming background noise, lighting, and essential oil aromatherapy. I can tell the staff really care that you are comfortable during your experience and explain what they will be doing prior to doing it. The room was too bright and way way too hot. Get a bigger fan. Someone was working in the adjacent room banging. You did not offer a bottle of water before, during, or afterwards which is ridiculous given the business you are in. I asked and was given a cup of water.

Mike was extremely professional and addressed my stated needs with a vengeance (in the best possible sense), and do I ever feel better. The back pain literally disappeared and my neck is better. I am trying to stretch and exercise to continue the progress. I will definitely making another appointment with Mike as funds allow.
Mike is only the second male I have been fully relaxed with and I typically request female therapists.

I like the openness of the Spa 500 mansion. I admire it's woodwork, ambiance, and all the great people that make the place happen. It has a very relaxed setting, and it is never overcrowded or mismanaged. Wow, a lot of planning, thought, and hard work, went in to this place. Amazing! I will be back in June if the stars are aligned. You bet your life, baby!

I bought a couples massage and sauna session as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Had to reschedule my first appointment last minute as I had to take my son to the ER. Then I unfortunately had to have surgery and the only day my doctor does this surgery happened to be at the same time as the massage. The owner would not allow me to rebook the massage despite this being out of my control and offering to pay a rebooking fee. Worst costumer support ever! Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Do not book any services here! I bought this as a gift to my boyfriend for Christmas. Had to cancel the first appointment to take my son to the ER and then unexpectedly had surgery scheduled for me on the day of the second appointment.
