The same awesome care of The Nurtured Mama in Surprise. Working near Dr. Newman's office at Premier Care for Women.

The Nurtured Mama was specifically created for moms so they can rest, get a good massage and get information and resources if necessary. We have been exclusively supporting women throughout their pregnancy and beyond since 2012. No longer pregnant? Not a problem. We also cater to postpartum mothers, those of who have suffered a loss or who are experiencing difficult menses or other common female ailments.

Rest and rejuvenate with a 75 min healing massage specifically for postpartum recovery. Different modalities are used based on client needs, including lymphatic massage, light stretching and essential oils. Best to come in 1-3 weeks post birth for vaginal births. C-Sections may be longer.

Prepare for Birth / Induction massage utilizes relaxation, acupressure points and essential oils to help stimulate labor. This service also incorporates guided imagery and other healing techniques to help mom prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth. Minimum 39 + weeks of pregnancy. Dr's note required for high risk pregnancies.
