About Us

Hello, my name is Hushan (hoo-SHAAN) and I am a licensed massage therapist, in practice since 2013. As a former physician in Shanghai, China, I practiced both Western and Chinese Medicine for 20 years. As a MT, I’ve developed a unique form of therapeutic massage that works to restore the functioning of 4 of the body’s vital systems; the Qi, circulatory, nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Through a blend of Western massage techniques and traditional Chinese Meridian treatments, including percussive tools, cupping, acupressure and hot rocking, reflexology and Aromatherapy. These four systems are essential to the body’s self-healing mechanisms in preventing chronic disease and maintaining overall health and vitality.

Pre-natal massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Session include special doTTera essential oils to enhance both pregnancy and fetus.

Acupressure Therapy

Base on Therapeutic Massage and Aromatherapy. Derived from acupuncture, Acupressure is a method that uses physical pressure applied to acupuncture points throughout the body. It works to re-balance your chi, relieve tension, and improve your overall health. It will be taken 10-20 mins in the end, stick beans on pressure points, and keep 24-48 hours to extend treatment effect.

Hot stone massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
