Peggy attended Brenneke School of Massage in 1995 and has been practicing since March of '96. Recently selling her long term practice Southsound Treatment Massage to Melissa Brown to take time to reevealuate, simplify and prioritize life. After some time off she chose to revamp her ideas of a treatment office and bring a new style of treatment to Puyallup, please welcome Puyallup Integrative Massage where we integrate treatment and relaxation in one setting.
She is trained in treating patients that suffer from TMJ, frozen shoulder, back pain, plantar fasciitis, hip/sciatic pain, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, pre and post-op surgery massage, cancer recovery and support, pregnancy discomfort, overuse/repetitive stress injuries, multiple sclerosis, infant massage, sports injuries, car accidents including whiplash. But most of all she has a love for treating those who struggle with headaches and other neck injuries.
" Unfortunately, I have been in over 6 car accidents and have suffered greatly from migraines, I understand that debilitating pain one goes through during a migraine. Thankfully I no longer get migraines thanks to alternative healthcare and with the knowledge I now have I want to help others get relief from their discomfort."
"There is not an injury I am afraid to work on, if I am not familiar with it I am not afraid to ask and work with my patients to learn and do what I can as a massage therapist to help relieve tension in any muscles that might be affected. I use deep tissue, hot stones, acupressure, trigger point work, neuromuscular reeducation, myofascial release and a technique I call an AO Release to help alleviate your pain. I look forward to meeting you"
