Located inside an established chiropractic office, Knead Therapy Massage and Bodywork offers a sanctuary in the most unexpected of places. Solely owned and operated by Catherine, she makes it her mission to relax those who are stressed and to bring relief to those in pain through therapeutic massage therapy. Knead Therapy currently offers Swedish, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal massage as well as Reflexology. All massages are customized and many modalities, or types of massage, go into each session. New bodywork modalities are always a possibility with continuing education every year. Catherine was amazing! I can't say enough about my experience. I had a bit of a bad experience in the past. But she listened and cared to do exactly what I wanted and with the pressure I could handle. I was having a lot of spasms when I went to see her and it has helped immensely. I will be going back!
