Bodywork and support for greater awareness and choice.

My experience with bodywork began with the study of Integrated Awareness for several years at a point where I needed to make a change in my own life.  I was amazed at the transformations I saw in my family and in clients of numerous teachers I worked with, and wanted to share the good news with others that there are so many more possibilities than our genes, our childhoods, or physical/emotional events encountered along the way would have us believe. After college and a traditional corporate career including international medical supply marketing, hazardous waste remediation and master planning, I graduated from Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork in Salem, MA. I have studied CranioSacral Therapy with Upledger Institute, am Reiki II certified, and became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) in 2006.  I continue to explore and develop new skills with various coaches and teachers to better support my clients.

I offer therapeutic massage, which can include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, and other massage techniques, depending on the client's needs. I also offer CranioSacral Therapy, which is not massage, but a gentle yet effective means of releasing restrictions in the central nervous system. It is particularly effective for old trauma, PTSD, and chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia, and for those who are looking for a different approach.

I offer sessions at Be Well and Beyond in Acton, MA and Longfellow Health Center in Wayland, MA, and am available for corporate and event chair massage.

When not with clients, I'm with family, or out walking or swing dancing!

The root of all health is in the brain.
The trunk of it is in emotion.
The branches and leaves are the body.
The flower of health blooms
when all parts work together.
