My name is Lindy, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of Capri College in Dubuque, IA. I have 3 beautiful children who are my world. I have always had a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference. I chose massage therapy because I have always believed in a more natural approach to healing, and the "power of touch" is truly an amazing tool. Along with massage therapy, I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2005. I have worked in a hospital, nursing home, and home health care setting. I am also CPR/First Aid certified. With my extensive health care training and experience as well as 720 hours of completed college for massage therapy, I am confident I can provide each individual with what best suites his/her needs.

Therapeutic Touch

I have 9 years experience in the health care field prior to becoming a massage therapist. I love helping people, it's my passion. I have always been interested in massage therapy so in July of 2013 I pursued my dreams. I graduated with the highest GPA in my class and started up my own practice right away. While building my own practice I also worked at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa where I was the on-call therapist. Since graduating I have taken many continuing education classes including Fijian and Ashiatsu barefoot massage. I have also obtained my Reiki 2 certificate and started practicing chakra balancing.

I have been going to Lindy for a long time now and she is amazing. Very accomodating and great attitude. Her willingness to try new techiques to get you the most out of your massage is great.

I have a great deal of pain due to a permanent disabling injury. Lindy's massages always reduce the pain as well provide relaxation (I often find myself falling to sleep). The work she does on my thoracic area in particular relieves the pain for 2 to 3 weeks - thus we schedule a Swedish every two weeks. She also is always thorough and efficient in her movement.

I always love my massage and am glad Lindy offers more than just the usual / she knows what to spend more time on
