With four years of massage experience, I use a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial work to reduce pain symptoms and increase range of motion. I have worked with clients of all ages and from all walks of life, including people who have said, "I don't like strangers touching me."

It is important for me that clients are comfortable from the start. During our first appointment, we will go over your health history and goals for your session. You are always invited to undress to your personal comfort level -- I have performed massages on clients who have remained fully clothed -- and you will be fully draped during the session. My goal is to ensure my clients leave feeling better than when they came in!

I graduated from Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine, in 2011. I hold a Reiki Master certificate from Brenda Paquette of Angel Guided Hands in Biddeford, Maine. I am also a Certified Crystal Healer through Hibiscus Moon's Crystal Academy. While I have studied Polarity Therapy, I have come to incorporate all these different facets of my education into a more intuitive style that works for me and my clients. I have been an active member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) since 2011.

For four and a half years, I served as a massage therapist and office assistant at Main Street Cutters hair salon in Buxton, Maine. I am currently an employee and independent contractor at Theriault Chiropractic and Massage of Gorham, while also seeing clients in their homes and offices in the Standish and Westbrook areas.
