About Us
Health Impact, LLC, is locally owned and operated by Mary Helen C. Thorne and was originally founded right here in Staunton in 2009 as a solo massage therapy practice. In 2013 I brought on Anna Betlej as a colleague to help share my work. She helped maintain the practice while I was on maternity leave. We have gone through several changes together, and look forward to the changes that come ahead. Our beautiful space is fully equipped with a waiting area, 2 massage/bodywork treatment rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower for salt treatments). Our treatment rooms are fully furnished to provide clients the best massage and bodywork experience. Health Impact provides the best massage experience I've ever had - from the skill and professionalism of the therapist right down to the music playing softly in the room. I have badly damaged shoulders and a damaged lower back, and after my massage at Health Impact I feel 20 years younger. Now if I could only LOOK 20 years younger!
