The root of all health is in the brain. The trunk of it is in emotion. The branches and leaves are the body. The flower of health blooms when all parts work together. - Kurdish folk wisdom

I provide remedial massage therapy to help clients manage sensations of muscle soreness and pain and personal training to promote strength, weight management, and general health. Both modalities have their own specific benefits and can greatly contribute to overall health.
Muscle movement whether from massage therapy or exercise are two important influences that contribute to being healthy. Schedule your sessions today and feel the difference.

Pacific College Of Oriental Medicine- Massage Student Intern

As a student at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine I was required to complete clinical hours set in a healthcare setting. Clients presented with diagnoses and medical histories which require setting up a treatment plan using massage therapy to benefit the clients according to their condition and long term benefit.

Clinic Intern, Academy Of Massage Therapy

During this internship I massage members of the public in order to gain real world experience. This experience was instrumental in helping me during the beginning stages of my professional career.

Integrated Massage and Somatic Therapies- Licensed Massage Therapist, Independent Contractor

As a massage therapist my focus is on helping people overcome chromic pain relating from the musculoskeletal system. The outcomes vary by factors such as the initial causes of pain, the factors causing reoccurrences of said pain, the overall health of the client prior and during the time of the session. I have experienced clients become very grateful for the time and dedication from myself and on their behalf to allow themselves the opportunity to benefit from massage therapy by understanding that massage therapy results vary and do not always show positive results overnight.

Dynamic Massage Therapy and Personal Training

As a massage therapist I enjoy the sentiment of providing a service that can contribute to helping clients improve their health by decreasing their sensations of pain, even if temporary. I am fortunate to build a great clientele for whom I strive to create a therapeutic environment that encourages healing and self care. My experience has taught me that manual therapy promotes passive movement of muscles and connective tissues which are both beneficial. My continuing education consists of coursework that encourages critical thinking and how to better adapt massage therapy to each individual person.
