The root of all health is in the brain. The trunk of it is in emotion. The branches and leaves are the body. The flower of health blooms when all parts work together. - Kurdish folk wisdom

As a Massage Therapist my work targets the musculoskeletal, nervous, sympathetic and parasympathetic systems (parts of the CNS).

It is important to schedule routine massage sessions with a massage therapist with an understanding on how to systematically treat the entire body from a perspective of restoring homeostatic balance in both elements regarding the mind and the body.

My techniques include a multiple modality approach with the intent of helping my clients achieve their individual goals based off the reason(s) for booking. Additionally, when I provide sessions there is always the intended benefit of applying massage therapy to increase mobility and function.

Clients who have not scheduled a massage prior, or that have auto-immune disorders, should you have questions or concerns prior to booking feel free to email me for free literature that will guide you through the massage therapy experience.

Elements Of Edison - License Massage Therapist

During my time with elements I had the opportunity to perform massage therapy using techniques that were based on therapeutic massage being the end result. I was fortunate to build a great clientele and was able to help clients benefit who presented with pain arising from other causations such as poor body mechanics and posture in the work place.

Pacific College Of Oriental Medicine- Massage Student Intern

As a student at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine I was required to complete clinical hours set in a healthcare setting. Clients presented with diagnoses and medical histories which require setting up a treatment plan using massage therapy to benefit the clients according to their condition and long term benefit.

Clinic Intern, Academy Of Massage Therapy

During my initial training I was required to perform massage therapy to members of the public in order to gain my first experience of working in a public capacity, and later as a professional.
