She has completed over 1000 hours of training in various techniques such as Neuromuscular and Trigger Point therapies, Myofascial Release, Structural Bodywork, Cupping, Sports Massage and Rock Taping. In January 2014, she had the fascinating opportunity to work alongside Tom Myers and Todd Garcia in a human cadaver dissection to further her understanding of anatomy and more specifically, fascia.

For over 6 years, Megan has specialized in working with the active and athletic communities including CrossFit-ers, Ironmen, Marathoners, Cyclists and MMA fighters. She also works with Penn State University Swimming and Diving teams in the clinic and travels with the team to Big 10 & NCAA meets to provide orthopedic massage treatments. She is also a member of the United States Olympic Committee Medical Staff and has worked with athletes at the Colorado Springs training center.

Megan assesses the body as a whole, not as pieces in pain. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic strategies to solve client's soft tissue injuries, improve posture, increase body awareness and mobility, and allow you live a more pain free life. A well balanced, individualized treatment plan is created for each client. Every session is unique and customized to suit you in order to provide the results and relief you need.

When she's not at the clinic, Megan is sweating and setting new PRs at Kinetik & Thrive, hiking, kayaking, training her dogs in agility and spending time with her friends and family.
