Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I had a left shoulder rotator cuff repair about 5 weeks ago and Steven knew what to do with my arm and what not to do. He used several modalities including acupressure on my neuropathic feet! I normally don't let anyone touch my feet due to pain. After he finished with them, the severe pain had subsided and I felt just a pleasant tingling in my toes.

First time here, referred by my mom. Was hoping to get treated by Scott because I was told he is very knowledgeable and has strong hands.
I was assigned Sage and figured that would be fine if I gave direction. It wasn’t terrible but it felt like time was being killed. I didn’t want to be rude and keep directing her…but before we started, I said the last thing I want to do is relax. I need to loosen up the target area. Where it is. What positions I feel it the most in. What I believe is happening. How important it is for my work. Etc.
I initiated for more pressure and it wasn’t enough. About halfway through I just gave up. Felt like I was just getting rubbed, maybe like a relaxing massage it I was very specific with what I was looking for. I didn’t feel any better after.

Got to work with their acupuncturist, Angelena, and she facilitated some excellent healing, already sleeping better. This is truly one of the BEST if not the Best studio I have visited. It was great to have an introduction to Alex and his expertise in Reflexology has helped me. Steven has helped in opening my shoulders and my hip and leg discomfort is almost non-existent. Before Peaceful Warrior my discomfort level was at a high 8 to high 9 on a 1 to 10 scale. Now I'm at a mid 3 to low 4 with relief lasting for almost 3 weeks after one massage. I really can not say enough great wonderful praise to Peaceful Warrior for the transformation from discomfort to ease. Everyone there is just spectacular.

I would recommend Myofascial Release massage. After Steve applied pressure to certain trigger points mixed with massage I felt a difference in my legs this morning. The usually symptoms of tingling and burning had subsided so that I didn’t feel the usual pain as much. Hopefully with continued treatments I’ll be nearly rid of these feelings in my legs.

I loved my experience at Peaceful Warriors. Very easy to find with great parking. I also liked that I was able to fill out my information and pay online. Everyone was extremely friendly, as well as respectful with COVID measures. It was nice being in a cozy, intimate atmosphere.
Steven is an awesome, thorough therapist and made my first experience at Peaceful Warriors great. He made it a priority to find out my needs as well as my habits in order to better help me.
