Understanding the current physical capability of a client is VITAL in creating any corrective plan of action. At Body Therapy Spa, we tailor each program for you and your physical health goals using our proprietary range of motion grading system software program.

After all the data is entered our software program generates detailed reports on the physical blue print of each client. This unseen information allows us to tailor ALL therapy modalities to each client.

Karen is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Teacher. She has over 25 years offering services helping others be the best version of themselves they can be, knowing that always shifts and changes. Early in her career, Karen received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and immediately began working with runaway and homeless youth and abused and neglected children and their families who were in crisis. Through those years she developed her communication and listening skills directly supporting clients and staff and branched out into coaching and consulting with organizations to effectively manage change in their lives. In 2014, Karen left a successful career with a Fortune 100 company to follow her passion and calling to apply her skills in a different and 'deeper way'. After much travel and soul searching, in 2015, Karen began offering meditation classes and completed her Reiki Master work. She has been offering Reiki classes and has over 25+ Reiki students. Karen combines her massage with energy work to those who are interested.
Currently, Karen is taking a certification program Somatic Therapy; embodiment and Strategies and will be defining additional services to integrate these teachings into her work. Stay Tuned!
