As a longtime veteran of the restaurant industry, and an active member of the aerial/circus performing arts community, I was inspired to follow a career path that focused on relieving the pains and stresses that affect the bodies of those in non standard careers and alternative hobbies: dancers, bartenders, servers, acrobats, or chefs. I specialize in Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. I also like to blend deep, therapeutic work with an attention to relaxation. Sessions are often slow and deep, concentrating on freeing restrictions of movement in the soft tissues of the body.

I went to the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, Missouri for their 600 hour certification program. I opened my own studio in March of 2015, and I love having my own space in the heart of Maplewood.

Halley, as well as her beautiful space, immediately welcomed and relaxed me. She made sure to focus on the areas that needed the most attention during the massage, and I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire 90 minutes.

I had such an amazing massage! I'm an aerialist, and Hallie has also had lots of aerial experience, so she knew exactly how to focus on me.
