I loved the well kept room. Ruth was personable ,I felt safe and trusted her. Very strong hands, and she really got in there. The only thing is that I would have liked for the room to have been warmer and darker with more of a fragrance to set the atmosphere. A minor adjustment. All in all, a pleasant and worthwhile experience. I definitely would visit her again if I needed a massage.

I came to Ruth with back pain that wouldn't go away. It has been gone for years. Her touch is firm and she is very responsive to any indication I give that something hurts. When she tells me she is doing something that might be painful, I grit my teeth and trust her, because I am always better afterward. There is no question my general health is better since I began having a monthly massage. Ruth is wonderful. I often have a difficult time relaxing when I get a massage but that is never an issue at her place. The office itself is clean and quiet, not like a spa where there are tons of people coming and going (the building itself is a little dated, but I don't care about that). She give a great massage, really focuses in on areas I need help with. She also uses very nice, high quality products. I highly recommend her.

Ruth Heyman is a gem. She is extraordinarily present to every massage she gives; her hands always feel focused and intentional with every move she makes. She is not only attentive to what you've asked of her, but also attentive to how your body responds to her touch. I find myself relaxed but alert to her massages, not wanting to miss a moment of the experience. Whether I am with Ruth for 30 minutes or an hour the massage is always varied and deeply relaxing.
