She was a Care Assistant in Gillingham’s Homes for adult females with special needs from 1986-1988. She then moved to Scotland to train as a Care Assistant in Gillingham’s Homes for Senior Adult Care from 1988-1992. Later, she moved back to England and became the Assistant Manageress from 1992-1993, where she studied with Cornerwoods on a fast track training for her National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4 (Managerial) in care and D32-33 Assessor, which allowed her to teach the NVQ up to level 4 in care, from 1992-1993. She also studied and became a Skenar Therapist (SKT) with Life Energies in England in 1992 and eventually taking over the running of both the care homes from 1993-2000
When she moved to France in 2000 to look after a family member who had undergone hip surgery. In 2006 she studied with the British School of Yoga and got her Diploma in Reflexology giving her the right to the letters BSYA (Reflex) after her name.
In 2006 She moved to California and in July 2007 she Moved to St George Utah, working at Red Rock Canyon School as a member of their Care Staff for six months before becoming a Unit leader and moving into accounting and finally the Front Desk Receptionist until 2010. She later worked at M&S Turquoise learning to make fine jewelry and filling client’s private orders.
In September 2015 she started advancing her career and started to study Massage Therapy at Healing Mountain Massage School in Cedar City before transferring to Zion Massage College to extend and complete her training, graduating with a diploma in massage therapy in 2016. She
took her MBLEX in 2017 becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and started working at the chiropractic clinic, ‘The Healing Home’ with Bo Write.
In 2018 She started her own practice working at the Write Family Chiropractic and Zion Massage College, while also working for Dixie Chiropractic as well. She further studied with the Aromahead Institute and became certified in Essential oils for Natural Living and Body Butters and Balms.
In 2019 Heleena Studied with the AMTA and became certificated in Fibromyalgia Massage and in 2020 She Studied with Megan Cox to became a Reiki Master (RM).
In 2021 She studied with the ‘Pearls As One’ and became certificated as a Pearl Specialist with Cultured Pearl Association of America (CPAA)
