high stress environment I changed my career and became a massage therapist.
Massage therapy became my new career because I wanted to help other people who

I've been working with him for years now, and he's helped me completely heal from bad plantar fasciitis, maintain limberness despite some poor back/spine conformation and achieve my sports performance goals. Mark is an extremely skilled practitioner, able to deliver anything from a soothing massage to intense bodywork for rehab and recovery. I recommend him especially for deep muscle massage (adhesions, etc) and bodywork, as it's much easier to find a basic soothing massage therapist than a specialist like him.

I've gone to Mark for over a year. When I started, I was having difficulty walking due to a very cramped right leg. Within 2 sessions, Mark had improved that. Over the year, he has also greatly reduced my sciatica in my right leg. I was a person who took ibuprofen for leg pain multiple times a day. Now I just take it at night as needed. Mark is the absolute best if you are looking for a deep tissue therapeutic massage. He works with you to get the best results possible and monitors progress with each visit. His office is very basic. If you are expecting a warm robe, latte, and chocolates....this is not the place for you. If you want to work with someone on a continuous basis and see results, this is the place to go!

I walked into the office in excruciating pain and walked out somewhat relieved. I felt better and better as the day went on. And today less than 24 hours later I feel at least 75% pain relief. I know I wouldn't get immediate relief however, I did not expect to feel as good as I felt either.

The touch and pressure to my entire body. Especially my back, feet and legs. The foot massage is wonderful and of course the neck is always in need of relaxation. This is all stress related and there is tightness throughout my body. You do an excellent job.

I was able to go back to Mark for a massage recently and so glad I did. He did an wonderful job, such a complete massage that sent me home feeling so relaxed. He is a careful, adjusting the massage a couple times in response to feedback from me - so attentive. I felt he somehow was in tune with my muscles and gave them just the right amount of pressure they needed. The studio is homey, neat and tidy as well as quiet and comfy. Massage bed temperature was perfect and the sheets were very soft. I loved how I actually got a 60min massage instead of 45-50min when I paid for an hour like some places do. My skin felt great when I left and the pressure for my Swedish massage was perfect.

Clean, calm and comfortable atmosphere. I went in for sore muscles all over from recently starting to work out again and relaxation. Mark did not disappoint. He did everything perfectly. He also explained to me on a spot in my back that I have problems with where the actually pain is caused from and how to alleviate the pain at home. I will be a regular customer :)
