I began my Massage Therapy practice catering to patients with Dental Anxiety and TMJ issues, later I began building my spa clientele performing body treatments and other therapeutic modalities. 2005 was the first time I had ever heard of Reiki, at first I wasn't sure it was for me, and after 10 years of researching and experiencing Energy Modalities I gave in, and it was life changing! In 2015 I started my Reiki journey and became a Reiki Master in 2016. 

What I bring to the table is the perfect blend of Deep Tissue Massage and Relaxation techniques that soothe tired over-worked or under-worked muscles. Environment has always been an important aspect of each session, I integrate Color, Sound, and Aromatherapy for a total immersion of the senses. 

Massage Therapy and Reiki have changed my life and the life of my clients in so many ways. In my years as an LMT I have helped people with chronic pain, migraines/headaches, sports injuries, increasing mobility due to scar tissue from surgeries or accidents, fibromyalgia, repetitive motion injuries, stress/anxiety and many more.
