Gina graduated Kripalu's Bodywork program in 2006 and has gone on to take and assist several CranioSacral courses from Upledger, Myofascial Release courses from John F Barnes, and Visceral Manipulation courses from Barral.
All the continuing education has taught Gina to listen in various ways to the bodies subtle messages.
Releasing tight muscles, restricted fascia and assisting neck, low back, leg and shoulder issues just to name a few~

Gina does not rush through the session. Nor does she rush you out the door at the end of your session. A warm cloth is gently placed on the affected area with instructions to “take your time”. She nurtures your mind and body. 🥰
